Family health Coordination :--Family Relief (free After distributor ship)
1. Self Accidental Policy Including Hospital Relief-In case of accidental death, Injury, handicapped circumstances CCM PARIWAR provide you a health relief policy from one below mentioned insurance companies. Policy will includes up to 1.25 lacks rupees for four years
(1, 00,000 in case of accidental death and 25,000/- in case of accidental injury or for hospital relief)
Insurance policies will be given from below mentioned repudiated companies:
- Oriental Insurance
- New India Assurance
- National Insurance
- United India Insurance
- Bajaj Allianz
2. In Family health-30000/- help - for five family members, (You, your wife, three non married dependent child blow 18 years), as per regulations under case of hospital admit hospital expenses will be provided by CCM PARIWAR on annual basis. Help will start after 30 days to date of joining
3. In case of natural death 51000/-help - between 18 to 50 years, 51,000 rupees will be given to the nominee person in case of natural death of distributor After four years from the date of joining to 50 years of age of distributor. This relief will be provided you by CCM.
4. In case of accidental death 1 LAC/-help - This 1 Lac rupees amount will be given to the nominee of distributor in accidental death. After four years from the date of joining to 70 years of age of distributor. |

| INCOME PLAN |
1. Monthly Income (Monthly payout) |
A CCM member who is able to generate two sales (One in each down line i.e. both left & Right) in a single day. He/she will be entitled to get Rs. 400/- on that pair only, it means if he/she continues to earn pair incentive for 30 days and highest pair capping 50 pair in month. He/she can earn Rs 400X50 pair = Rs 20000/- per month approx only from the daily pair incentive

3. Royalty Income:
“Rs. 2 Lac Per Month” |
- Royalty Income will be started after Step-11. Amount will be given to diamond distributor till 60 months after one month from the date of completion of S-11 step.
- Royalty Income will be calculated as per terms and conditions of ccm, for CCM business within a month.

| Leadership Training |
- As per convenience of leader special training seminar will be conducted for three day to those who has achieved the eight steps in any ID on convenience of leader.
- As per convenience of company special training seminar will be conducted for one day to those who has achieved the eight steps in any ID.

| Tourist Place Tour |
- If any distributor achieves the 10 th step or more step on one ID in a year then, any tourist place tour in India will be given from the behalf of the company.

| Foreign Traveling |
- After 1st January, 2011 achiever of step-11 (Diamond) husband-wife will be entitled for benefit of foreign travel only on one ID. If any person achieves diamond ship more than one ID in one year then benefit of foreign traveling will be given only one time.

All above mentioned amount will be distributed to DISTRIBUTORS as per rules and regulations of insurance company and CCM PARIWAR
Note: CCM PARIWAR messages to get insurance policies from respective insurance companies as earliest as possible. The correct filled proposal forms are the tool for early workout. CCM PARIWAR is not responsible for the delay in policies as well as claimants. In routine it takes forth night period after the contribution as CCM PARIWAR Distributor. In case of any incompletion, Distributor will be responsible for that.
